塑膠跑道瀝青基礎技術要求介紹

膠跑道瀝青砼基礎必須符合體育設施驗收標準、《瀝青路面施工及驗收規(guī)范》（GB50092）和塑膠層施工工藝技術要求：

1.基底采用8-12噸壓路機碾壓數遍。壓實度應大于95%，碾壓后表面無輪跡印，不得出現松軟、彈簧等現象。

上面層為30mm厚AC-10細粒式瀝青混凝土；下面層為50mm厚AC-20中粗粒式瀝青混凝土。

瀝青混凝土的配合比應有實驗室《公路瀝青路面施工技術規(guī)范》要求的方法確定，必須符合馬歇爾實驗

瀝青混凝土施工時應配備足夠的施工機械，要求采用進口攤鋪機。在施工的各個環(huán)節(jié)中要特別注意不同的溫度控制要求，以保證壓實度達到規(guī)定標準。

4.瀝青面層驗收標準：

（1）壓實度大于97%、平整度（3米直尺）誤差小于13mm。

（2）表面整潔，粘結牢固，不得有碾壓車輪印記、裂紋、蜂窩麻面、油包及油污。

5.塑膠跑道橫向坡度不大于0.8%、縱向坡度不大于0.1%；塑膠球場排水坡度宜為0.3%。

5. The lateral slope of the plastic runway shall not exceed 0.8%, and the longitudinal slope shall not exceed 0.1%; The drainage slope of the plastic court should be 0.3%.
